We are absolutely in for a treat with another visit from an international choreographer hailing this time from NYC! Tushita is a pioneer of the Bhangra scene in the United States, the captain of the Vanderbilt ‘BhangraDores’ and directed Nashville’s premier Bhangra competition, Nachde Nashville, for two years. Since moving to NYC, Tushita has been able to create a safe space for dancers of all backgrounds to learn new choreographies while encouraging students to step out of their comfort zones. She also traveled to Washington D.C., Los Angeles, and Chicago to teach Bhangra Fusion classes across the country. Tushita continues to teach classes regularly in New York City and also aspires to empower women by sharing her fitness journey
