Terms & Conditions of Membership– Members get discounts on all Dance Masala courses.
– Memberships are designed to flow throughout the year – you can adapt as you go, trying out many different styles. Memberships pause after the course culminates and restarts with the next course. Members nominate which class is their preference each term.
– Membership is for your nominated classes only. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
– Any changes to the membership e.g. cancellation, change of membership stream must be informed in writing via email. 7 days is required to activate the change (your membership may deduct automatically during this period and the change will be actioned in the next period. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
– All members are entitled to 1 free costume hire per year (performance hire only) and a bring-a-friend pass (to be used by new students only) every term.
– If Dance Masala (in its absolute discretion) has to cancel a class, you will receive a credit for another class. This can be redeemed with any Dance Masala class of your level.
– Students are asked to keep a record of their payments and receipts.
– Dance Masala reserve their right to use substitute instructors in the case of accident or illness (at the same rate).
– If a member participates in filming, the filming fee will be charged as an additional week. Members who participate in 3 or more filmings will have their filming fees capped at $80.00 as a member benefit
– There is a cancellation fee of $100 if membership is cancelled prior to or within a 10-week period.
– Membership Specials (e.g. unlimited classes per week for $30 per week) last for the duration of the special only and are only available to new students. After the period of time is over, you will be automatically shifted to 2 classes per week unless you nominate you would like to do more.
– General T&Cs include:• Payment is for your nominated class or crew only. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer credits, or refunds if the student misses class.• If Dance Masala (in its absolute discretion) has to cancel a class or training, you will receive a credit for another class. This can be redeemed with any Dance Masala class of your level.• Students are asked to keep a record of their payments and receipts.• Dance Masala reserve their right to use substitute instructors in the case of accident or illness (at the same rate).• Requests for term refunds will only be considered if given with 14 days cancellation notice from the term start date. If approved, a $20 administration fee will be deducted + the fee for any class attended. Bookings cancelled outside of the 14-day period will be indisputably non-refunded
